Now however, our bodies are expected to detox us from a whole slew of things, including chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, and more… Every. Single. Day. This is why you NEED to know the best ways to detox your body.
This post fits well with the post I did on how to detox your home. We learned in that post that our homes, and the air quality inside, is MUCH more polluted than the outside air. My second favorite way to keep the air inside my home clean is to open the windows. But my FAVORITE way to keep the air inside clean is with house plants! I want to help you to say ‘adios’ to the days that you feel like you’ve accomplished nothing. I hate that feeling, and I know that I can’t be alone in that.
