If you look back just a few hundred years, you’ll notice that our bodies only had to detox a few things…. mainly bacteria and viruses. Now however, our bodies are expected to detox us from a whole slew of things, including chemicals, pollutants, pesticides, and more… Every. Single. Day. This is why you NEED to know the best ways to detox your body.
Simple Health Tips. When I think of overall health, illness prevention, and inflammation reduction, initially, I think, “wow! That’s a big, broad topic.” There are so many things I could say, tips I could give, and ways
I could actively guide you to improve your situation.
While I enjoy learning the nitty-gritty, I don’t always enjoy teaching it. Because simplicity is the name of my game. My overarching goal in everything I do is to leave you in such a capable place, that you no longer need me, in order to live the healthy, happy life you dream of. My goal is for you to own it!
So, I’m going to give you my “big three” for simple health tips. This will cover over-all health… including tips for reducing inflammation.
“All disease begins in the gut.”- Hippocrates. That quote right there (from around 2000 years ago!) speaks very potently to the truth about the importance of gut health.
I did a small 2-part series on healing. The first one was “Does God Heal Today?” and the second one was “10 Bible verses about healing.” Today I’m going to talk about 12 healthy cookbooks for autoimmune disease and inflammation.
A huge part of my healing journey (which is always in motion) is nutrition.
I have learned so much about nourishing my body through the adversity of being ill. This is knowledge that I wouldn’t trade. I’ve said over and over that I’m thankful I had the opportunity to learn this. Without me or my son being sick… I may never have given myself the opportunity to dig into the healing power of the food God provided for us!
